As 2014 is drawing to a close I was doing some research on the internet regarding the latest changes at Google and found this interesting article on the online article on Entrepreneur.com :

After the initial training we are not often required to assist further and very often we will either pop in for a follow up visit or quickly online do some changes required to the website.
